The Roger Sprague Family LLC, made up of Roger Sprague, his wife Mary and their daughter, Debbie Moreton purchased the real estate brokerage CENTURY 21 Neighborhood Realty, Inc. of Gettysburg, PA on September 26, 2002. At that time, a ten year franchise agreement with CENDANT the parent company of CENTURY 21® was renewed.

Mary refers to Real Estate as "our third life", since Roger had served as an Intelligence Officer for the Department Of Defense for 18 years, and had been a dairy farmer in Adams County for 20 years. He brought nine years of Real Estate experience, including managing two other Gettysburg Real Estate offices, with him to Century 21 Neighborhood Realty.

Roger's daughter Debbie is a 25 year employee of J.C. Penney, Inc., where she is a trainer for all J.C. Penney's employees worldwide.

Since the change in ownership, 10 agents have joined the new company. The major reason for the growth can be summed up in one word - Service.
